Write to us

One address, and it is read. A bug, a field that will not do what you need, a country whose invoices we have got wrong — all of it is worth sending.

Email

The surest way to reach us: anything about a document you are making, a figure that printed wrong, or something you needed and could not find.

We answer in English or French, usually within a working day or two.

Live chat

There is a chat bubble in the corner of every page. If someone is at a keyboard, it is the fastest answer you will get.

Bottom corner, on any page. It needs JavaScript and some blockers hide it — email always works.

What to put in the message

None of it is required. It is simply the difference between an answer and three emails of questions first.

  1. 01

What you were trying to do, and what happened instead. A sentence is enough.

  2. 02

The document's number, or the link to it. Every document here has one, and it is the quickest way for us to see what you saw.

  3. 03

Your browser, and whether you were on a phone. Half of all layout problems are one browser.

  4. 04

The country and currency involved, if it is about tax, rounding or the way a figure printed.

What we cannot do for you

  • Tell you what your tax authority requires. We can say what a field does; whether your status obliges you to print a particular mention is between you and your own rules.
  • Recover documents from a browser whose storage has been cleared. The token that tied them to you is gone, and there is no email address to find them by.
  • Chase a client who has not paid. There are no reminders, no dunning and no payment collection here.
  • Convert a PDF to Factur-X or PEPPOL. Those are not formats this produces.
