A document generator that asks you for nothing
Invoice Loft turns a form into a print-ready PDF invoice or quote. No account, no trial, no paid tier waiting behind the useful part, and nothing on the finished document mentions us.
It exists because every other way of producing a single invoice begins by asking for an email address, and then for a plan, and then for a card.

Four decisions that shape everything else
The money is not computed in your browser
Totals, tax per rate and discounts spread across those rates are worked out on the server, in the currency's own minor units, and the same figures are printed into the PDF. One calculation, so the page and the file cannot disagree.
No account, and no email address
Your documents are tied to this browser by a token rather than to a login. We have never asked for your email, which means we have nothing to send you and nothing to sell to anybody else.
The preview is the real file
What you download is what was rendered: A4, embedded fonts, text a client can select and their accountant can search. The sheet beside the form is a likeness that keeps up with your typing — the PDF is the product.
Five document languages, Arabic included
A document prints in English, French, Spanish, German or Arabic, right to left where it has to be, with the amount written out in words and any stamp mirrored to match. The language of the document has nothing to do with the language of this site.

Nobody should have to open an account, start a trial and hand over a card number to send one invoice.
I built Invoice Loft because I kept needing an invoice at ten at night and finding a signup form instead. Every tool wanted an email, then a plan, then a card — for a PDF I would look at once and send.
So this does the one thing. You fill in the form, the real PDF builds itself while you type, you download it. No paid tier waiting behind it, no watermark on your document, no cap on how many you make.
The totals are worked out on our side, to the rounding rules your currency actually uses, because a document that does not add up is worse than no document at all. That part is not a shortcut we were willing to take.
What it is not
Saying so here is cheaper for both of us than finding out halfway through a tax year.
- Not an e-invoicing platform. No Factur-X, no PEPPOL, no submission to a government portal — it produces a PDF.
- Not an archive. Documents are kept 180 days and then deleted, so download the file and keep it somewhere of your own.
- Not accounting software. There is no ledger, no bank reconciliation and no tax return.
- Not tax advice. These pages say what most authorities expect; what yours requires of you is yours to check.
